Job Description
The Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable (Real Estate) is responsible for managing and controlling all receivable-related activities arising from property leasing, sales, service charges, and tenant billing. The role ensures timely invoicing, collections, accurate revenue recognition, and compliance with accounting standards and lease agreements.

Qualifications Required
- 3+ years in real estate Accounts Receivable
- 5–7 years of Accounting Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- Professional certification (CPA / ACCA / CMA) – preferred
- Strong experience in leasing, rentals, and property management accounting
